We would stay here again as had a very good time and loved the hotel. The place is friendly and has perfect location close to everything. Staff is very amiable and fantastically friendly and you can park your car on street. It has both great service and great value for money.

Got a room with amazing views of the lake and mountains. The bed was super comfy, and there were coffee/tea facilities, a fridge, and an oven – really came in handy. 😊

The hotel and room were tidy. Location just off the lake and access to the main road to get to town, both the lakefront, and the shopping area. Our new favorite place to stay in Taupo.

The hotel is located next to shopping areas, the lake, and the main road for access to town. It's great being close to Taupō restaurants and approximately a 15-minute walk from Taupo Beach. The staff were very welcoming and amiable, and the service was helpful with parking on the street.
